| Q: Are your places directly on the ocean/beach/water?
A: Let me say emphatically YES! Apparently, many people have been ripped off with piano lots, ocean view, across the street, or whatever. No fear here. My property lines go directly down to the water the full width of property. YOU WILL BE ON THE OCEAN/BEACH/WATER! No tricks here.

Q: Is there a grocery store nearby?
A:
Yes. There is an IGA on the island and a Food Lion across the bridge.
There is a great wine and cheese shop and an ABC store.
Q: Do we need to bring linens, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.?
A:
Yes, we provide deck chairs but you need to bring the rest. Many people
have rented from www.tirentals.com and you can buy from the beach shops.
Q: Do you take credit cards?
A: Yes.
Q: What activities will we find there?
A: Topsail is a family beach. What you won't find is tatoo parlors, bikini bars, wax museums, etc. There's plenty of beach, good resturants, a pier to fish on, a putt-putt type place, deep sea fishing, bike trails, 4 star rated golf courses, and Wilmington with its entertainment choices is ony 28 minutes away.
Q: Is there any night life?
A: Buddy's by the pier is good but I like to go there during the day and watch surfers while eating oysters and drinking cervezas (Mexican beer). Giligan's has some pretty good karaoke and there is Mermaids, etc. But I'm not much of a night life guy when I can sit out on the back deck under a full moon and watch the waves crash or walk the beach at night with my wonderful wife of 25 years holding hands and maybe sneaking a kiss.
